Retail Property Manager ANZ At Nandos Australia & NewZealand, we deliver memorable moments in every restaurant. As a Retail Property Manager, youll help our restaurants thrive by driving performance across our full property portfolio in Australia and NewZealand. What youll do Track leases expiring in the next 12 months to ensure proactive renewal. Support new restaurant openings, relocations, expansions and refurbishments. Prepare site handover packs for the Design & Construction team. Collaborate with landlords to deliver works on time, within scope and to Nandos standards. Work with the refurbishment team and negotiate landlord approval. Build and maintain strong relationships with area managers and landlords. Serve as the first point of contact for restaurant teams on property questions. Partner with Facilities to coordinate approvals, manage landlord works and contributions. Assist Marketing with centrebased promotions hoardings, signage and buildout concepts. What were looking for At least 2years experience in retail leasing or portfolio management hospitality/food experience is a bonus. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites concurrently. Degree or equivalent in property, realestate, or a related discipline (preferred). Strong understanding of lease documentation and negotiation. Experience using LeaseEagle and/or Monday.com a plus.
