We guide our patients and clients towards achieving their goals whether they are living in residential aged care, at home in the community, or living with a disability. We have a team of Physios, OTs, Podiatrists, Speechies, Dietitians and EPs who do the magic face to face or via Telehealth when needed. Our behind the scenes team supports them so they can focus on what matters. Our Guidians participate in cross-site competitions and award-winning initiatives to engage with patients and their families.
