OverviewWe currently have an opportunity for a HSE Administrator to join our team. This position will support the Riverina Redevelopment Joint Venture (RRJV), a 50/50 joint venture between Downer and CPB Contractors to undertake major upgrades and replacement of existing infrastructure and facilities. The role will be based out of the Albury Wodonga Military area and involves working across the Albury Wodonga Military Area, Blamey Barracks (Kapooka) and the RAAF Base Wagga.ResponsibilitiesCommunicate safety requirements to subcontractor''s onsite.Review Subcontractor Safety Interview Questionnaires and verify the capability of the subcontractor to deliver the required work task to agreed safety standards.Track progress against role & responsibility profiles and report on activities to project leadership team.Maintain regular visibility across the workplace, building relationships with internal stakeholders.Build awareness of a safety culture among the Project Management team, and actively contribute to its development so that HSE is the primary driver of all behaviour.Support the project team to consider safety requirements throughout project planning and delivery and implement appropriate safety controls.Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements and all relevant Company and Group policies and processes.QualificationsAdvanced Diploma Safety in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.Relevant experience in an administration role.Knowledge of project risk management controls and actions.Knowledge of auditing, safety inspections and compliance reporting procedures and processes.Experience in document compliance procedures and processes and understanding of technology to support SHE (Q) systems.Knowledge of incident management and reporting involving multiple internal and external parties.Recent previous experience working as a Safety Administrator within the civil construction industry.Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to delivering highquality outcomes for our clients.BackgroundSpotless Management Services Pty Ltd (a Downer Company) is delivering the works as part of a joint venture with CPB Contractors Pty Ltd.
