Job Pathways is seeking a dynamic and innovative Manager Womens Hub Kununurra to lead the growth of programs that support female entrepreneurs, jobseekers, and community leaders in the East Kimberley. About the Role As the Manager Womens Hub Kununurra, you will provide both strategic and handson leadership to create an inclusive, entrepreneurial environment for women to explore business ideas, develop skills, and build meaningful employment pathways. Youll design and deliver innovative programs inspired by the startup ecosystem, while working closely with local employers, investors, government, and community stakeholders. This role champions womens empowerment and ensures the Hub remains a safe, culturally responsive, and futurefocused space. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver workshops that build entrepreneurial and employment skills. Introduce startup practices such as idea incubation, rapid prototyping, and mentoring. Ensure programs reflect emerging trends in female entrepreneurship and digital tools. Community & Stakeholder Engagement Build strong partnerships with businesses, investors, and community organisations. Advocate for womens economic empowerment across the region. Ensure the Hub is welcoming, inclusive, and culturally safe. Leadership & Team Growth Lead, mentor, and support staff and volunteers. Promote a collaborative, startup culture built on creativity and continuous improvement. Operations, Resources & Compliance Manage budgets, resources, and reporting to ensure sustainability. Maintain accurate records and impact measures to secure future investment. Ensure compliance with Job Pathways policies, funding, and legislative obligations. Qualifications & Experience Proven entrepreneurial and business development experience, including startup or enterprise growth. Strong stakeholder engagement and networking skills. Demonstrated program and project management experience (planning, budgeting, evaluation). Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong initiative. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with confidence in presenting and pitching ideas. Experience managing or operating a business, startup, or enterprise incubation program. Preferred Experience working with Indigenous communities and organisations. Understanding of rural and remote community contexts. Familiarity with startup ecosystems and entrepreneurial networks. What Youll Need Current C Class Drivers Licence (essential). Ability to travel regularly, including overnight stays in remote locations. National Police Clearance (required prior to commencement).
