Strategically meet and exceed KPI''s, including revenue, retention and bookings. What We''re Looking For Proven management experience, ideally in a tattoo studio or creative environment. Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and driving business growth. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
