This is a permanent, fulltime role that will lead a dedicated team, drive innovation, and make a significant impact on patient care outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic guidance and leadership to optimise pharmacy services across Emergency Medicine and Intensive Care Services. Drive service improvement initiatives, monitor performance, and implement innovation to enhance patient outcomes. Oversee clinical pharmacy services to ensure safe, efficient, and evidencebased medication management. Lead quality improvement, governance, and change management processes, contributing to divisional and organisational standards of excellence. Manage, support and mentor Senior Pharmacists and Clinical Rotational Pharmacists, fostering a collaborative and highperforming team. Promote education, training and research opportunities, supporting continuous professional development and practice advancement. About You Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) and current registration with AHPRA. Minimum 8 years of hospital clinical pharmacy experience, including significant expertise in emergency medicine and/or intensive care. Proven leadership and line management experience in a hospital pharmacy setting. Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills. Demonstrated commitment to clinical excellence, quality improvement and service innovation. Desirable qualification: a recognised postgraduate Masters degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent) and active involvement in professional organisations or special interest groups.
