The Opportunity As a Site Manager at Blaze Projects, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding commercial construction projects. Working closely with the assigned Project Team you will ensure each project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities Manage daily site operations and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification. Apply creative thinking, problemsolving skills, and efficient work methodologies, incorporating modern construction practices to effectively resolve site challenges. Oversee and uphold site safety, quality, and environmental standards. Read and accurately interpret architectural, structural and services plans and specifications and execute works accordingly. Maintain compliance with Blaze Projects'' systems, procedures, and workplace health and safety obligations. Build and foster strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Contribute to project programming and sequencing to maximise productivity and efficiency. Ensure compliance with the National Construction Code (NCC) and relevant Australian Standards. Represent Blaze Projects with professionalism and integrity at all times. What Were Looking For Proven experience as a Site Manager with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role. Preference for experience in commercial fitout, refurbishment, and new build; residential experience will also be considered. Trade qualification in carpentry will be highly regarded. Indepth construction knowledge and understanding of the complete building process. High attention to detail, with a passion for delivering premium quality outcomes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Strong leadership skills and a proactive, handson approach. Sound understanding of construction programming and sequencing. Why Join Blaze Projects?
