About the Role: Churches of Christ Queensland are currently seeking Personal Care Worker for our Fair Haven Aged Care Hervey Bay. This role will see you working within our 78 bed Residential Aged Care home supporting our residents and staff - typical tasks may include Lead the team on night shift and work as part of the team, medication administration, reviewing and updating care plans, conducting baseline and focussed assessments and liaising with internal/external stakeholders, residents and their families. About You Are you somebody who is passionate about delivering quality Aged Care services to the local community?
