The Opportunity We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team! Our receptionist staff are pivotal to the success of our sessional suites and the positive experience for our patients. Key Responsibilities Ensuring clients have a positive experience with our practice from their very first phone call. This includes warmly greeting clients, efficiently handling inquiries, and providing necessary information with professionalism and courtesy. Handling patient appointments, maintaining accurate records, and processing accounts. You''ll play a critical role in managing the scheduling system, ensuring appointments are seamlessly coordinated. Maintaining organised records and processing accounts efficiently, contributing to the smooth operation of the suites. Skills And Experience To be successful in this role, you will thrive in a busy, client-facing environment providing exceptional customer service. You love the challenge of a high performing team as you are selfmotivated, highly organised and can prioritise efficiently. Specialist medical reception experience, minimum 3 years essential. Experience with Patient Management Systems is desirable. Medical typing experience. Professional phone manner and approach to work. Proven ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to work autonomously and harmoniously as part of a team. Remuneration Salary range of 65k-75k + superannuation pending experience.
