Collaboratively developing and implementing quality curriculum programmes and appropriate pedagogy; evaluating their effectiveness and reporting student progress and outcomes to students, parents and the community. Working collaboratively with the leadership team, teachers and other staff members to contribute to the professional life of the school and foster a positive school culture. Proactively engaging in professional learning to enhance student learning outcomes. Establishing positive relationships in the pastoral care of students and supporting their spiritual and moral development. Ensuring that the teachings and values of the Catholic Church form a foundation for learning and teaching. About You Experience in creating a supportive, learnerfocused classroom aligned with the Australian Curriculum. Expertise in designing and delivering effective curriculum programmes in line with the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers. Commitment to engaging with colleagues, students and parents/carers to enrich learning experiences and achieve the best educational outcomes for students. A passion to support students spiritual and moral development. Eligibility and Safeguarding Requirements Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
