We are looking for a passionate pharmacist to deliver pharmaceutical services across our hospitals and aged care facilities. Provide a range of clinical pharmaceutical services to consumers engaged in all service requirements of West Wimmera Health Service (WWHS) including Nhill, Kaniva, Jeparit, Rainbow, Natimuk and Rupanyup Hospitals; residential aged care; community health centres and dental services. Work as the sole pharmacist. 12 months experience in a hospital setting. Key Responsibilities Provide pharmaceutical care to WWHS consumers. Distribute and dispense medications, including packaging, labelling and distribution. Liaise with medical and nursing staff to ensure safe medication use. Advocate for medication best practice with prescribers. Essential Criteria Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) and registration as a pharmacist with AHPRA. Integrity, honesty and adherence to legal requirements. Customerfocus approach to service quality. Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to ongoing professional development. Strong organisational and timemanagement skills. Desirable Recent experience using iPharmacy software. Postgraduate qualification in pharmacy. Membership of an appropriate professional body.
