Youre passionate about being part of a team that delivers impactful safety outcomes so that everyone goes home safely every day.ResponsibilitiesIn this role youll become a Road Safety Hero held in high esteem in the community, vital to the safety of our kids, parents, teachers and local motorists.Youll grow to be a much-loved familiar face around the school with a unique opportunity to touch the lives of countless families.This is a casual position which provides relief at sites in the Forbes/Parkes Local Government Area. Shifts may fall between school zone hours 8.00 to 9.30 AM and 2.30 to 4.00 PM, with a minimum of one hour shift as and when required Monday to Friday during the school term.You will receive an hourly rate along with superannuation.About youYou are a community-minded person who would like to contribute.You enjoy building community relationships, keeping kids safe while earning a weekly wage for doing something you love.You are reliable and prepared to show up for your community in good or bad weather.You display effective communication skills and are alert to potential dangers.Additional informationIf this all sounds like you, wed love to hear from you. As youll be working with children on our roads, your willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check, Reference Checks, Police Check, and a Health Assessment is vital.
