This role would suit someone who has sales/vehicle service experience, a selfmotivated individual with excellent organisational, problemsolving and communication skills.You will be a key player in our Caboolture dealership and have an opportunity to drive our culture all whilst gaining the best out of the team for best results. This role would be overseeing our Caboolture sales operation with continuous support from Management at our head office in Brisbane.Key responsibilitiesOverseeing the Sales and Delivery Teams.Coordinating daily workflow for the Caboolture dealership.Managing deadlines, ensuring productivity targets are met.Leading the sales team to ensure we are delivering an exceptional experience to our valuable customers.Management and distribution of sales leads.Rostering.Organisation of training for new staff.Customer assistance & problem solving.Providing daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.Organising and running Queensland trade shows.The ideal candidate will haveAutomotive or Caravan/Trailer background - desirable but not essential.Previous sales experience with demonstrated ability to meet targets.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Ability to problemsolve.Minimum 3 years of sales management or team leadership experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (experience with dealership management software preferred).Eligibility to work in Australia.HOW TO APPLYWe would love to hear from you!
