Regulatory & Product Compliance Coordinator Systems Access Management and Compliance. Conducting through investigations as well as monitoring and staff education, ensure user access management processes and procedures are audit compliant and through monitoring and staff education, ensure Service Desk and Security Operations are kept abreast of changes to user access processes within the organization. Effectively communicate compliance issues and strategies to Security Operations Team and relevant stakeholders and provide input to QSS projects and developments from a User Access Management/audit perspective as required. Maintain and enhance, from a security perspective, a working and operational knowledge of systems supported by QSS, including Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC). Manage the production of security and internal controls reports including timely report dissemination and tracking, dissemination of system update tasks and updating of relevant spreadsheets. Lead and coordinate the review of application security internal controls to ensure all relevant documentation has been completed and maintain user master records in QSS supported systems effectively in accordance with approved procedures. This position is part of the Department of Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business (CDSB) as part of the recent MachineryofGovernment changes. CDSB is currently in negotiations for a certified agreement to cover all CDSB employees. In the meantime, the Core Agreement conditions apply to this position.
