In the role of Business Banking Manager, you will join the Regional & Agribusiness team thats doubling down on winning together! Daily Responsibilities Assess economic value and risk potential of new business. Educate customers about their business options and provide sound advice about risk and opportunities for growth. Proactively leverage networks of internal and external contacts to help identify new referral opportunities. Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition in my local market. Talk to customers about their proposed annual business plans. Prepare and submit customer lending proposals. Qualifications A hunger to find new opportunities with the goal of building long lasting relationships. A genuine passion for customer service. Excellent communication skills. A curiosity to drive efficiencies and effectiveness across the team, business partners and overall value chain by modelling NABs values and behaviours.
