Your Role At St Vincent de Paul Society NSW (Vinnies), were all about offering a hand up, not a handout, and were looking for a passionate and organised Vinnies Van Services Coordinator to lead our Wagga Van operations. Youll play a key role in ensuring our local Vinnies Van service runs smoothly, connecting with people in need and strengthening community relationships. From coordinating volunteers to engaging local schools, community groups and sponsors, youll help deliver vital outreach that embodies compassion and inclusion. This role is part time, 4 days per week (0.8 FTE). Your Responsibility Coordinate day-to-day Vinnies Van operations and support activities Recruit, train and inspire volunteers to provide exceptional service Build strong community partnerships and encourage donations and sponsorships Maintain compliance with WHS, food handling and governance standards Foster a collaborative, values-driven culture across the Wagga team You Will Need Experience in community services, volunteer coordination or program delivery Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills A hands-on, people-first approach with great organisational skills Sound understanding of WHS and food safety Current drivers licence (comfortable driving small trucks/minivans) Apply Now If this sounds like you, dont wait-apply now, we are interviewing applications as we receive them.
