Are you a highly motivated Registered Nurse ready to undertake this key leadership role?The After Hours Hospital Coordinator is a pivotal member of the health care team providing after hours leadership and management of the nursing team and hospital. You will be part of a highly adaptable and collaborative team that thrives on professional growth and shared success.ResponsibilitiesSupervise safe, quality care that meets current best practice standardsSupport and liaise with the respective Nurse Unit Manager(s) of wards and departmentsEnsure all areas are staffed appropriately and cost efficientCoordinate patient admissionsOversee the safety of all patients and hospital staffDarwin Private Hospital is the only provider of private hospital services in the Northern Territory. As part of the Healthscope Group of Hospitals, it is a licenced 122 bed hospital providing a broad range of multiday and day surgery including, General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, Ophthalmology, Plastic and Reconstructive, Urology, Gastroenterology and ENT and Cardiac Catheter Laboratory.
