Job Description

Join to apply for the Factual Investigator role at Procare Group. Procares Factual Investigation Division are seeking motivated and dedicated professionals to join our team as we continue to expand. We are specifically looking for Investigators with experience in Workers Compensation investigations. Responsibilities Assist investigators with field enquiries and case administration. Skip traces and witness location support. Prepare and draft factual reports. Attend various locations within Darwin and across the Northern Territory to interview key parties, collect evidence, and produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner. Support the operational needs within our Surveillance and Desktop Intelligence team. Qualifications Hold a Certificate III in Investigations. Have a current and valid Investigators Licence (or in process of obtaining). Have a current and valid driver''s licence and vehicle. Ideally have experience in Workers Compensation and/or CTP claims. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Selfmotivated and able to work within strict time frames. For contractors: set up as a Pty Ltd or Sole Trader and have relevant insurances.
