We consistently deliver value to clients throughout all mining stages, leveraging expertise and equipment for comprehensive surface operation services.About the Role:We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at BUMA Australia in full time position on a 9 day fortnight roster. Reporting to the Regional Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for receipting, dispatching and maintaining inventory control within the required time frames and quality requirements.Key Responsibilities:Lead and train warehouse staff in systems, processes, and safety standardsOversee goods receipting, storage, and part issuance for work ordersManage the physical inventory cycle count process to maintain stock accuracyOversee dispatch, returns, transfers, and credit processesRaise purchase requisitions and follow up on outstanding purchase ordersConduct regular warehouse safety and compliance auditsLead warehouse improvement initiatives and apply best practicesEnsure adherence to BUMA policies and proceduresMaintain registers and certifications for tooling and lifting equipmentEnsure compliance with all legal and regulatory warehouse requirementsMaintain records for hazardous goods, including MSDS documentationAbout You:Previous warehousing experience within coal mining (essential)Computerised catalogue and inventory control experience (JDE, SAP or similar)A valid drivers licenceCurrent G1,8,9 (formally S1,2,3) & G2 certificate (or willing to obtain)Competent in the use of the common Microsoft Office Suite softwareExcellent communication, work planning and scheduling skillsMoranbah and Mackay locals encouraged to applyWorking at BUMA:BUMA Australia is a people focused business, with a strong emphasis on safety, training, development and continuous improvement.
