About The Role Breakthru is proud to be selected by the Department of Social Services to deliver the new Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program across key regions in New South Wales and Queensland. This position is based in the Greater Sydney area and supports Breakthru''s national footprint. Responsibilities Working alongside Regional Managers to implement the IEA quality and performance framework and track progress against key milestones. Providing training, coaching, and guidance on quality and performance within the IEA contract. Developing, tracking, and reporting on KPIs and compliance requirements, providing actionable insights to support performance. Contributing to strategic planning and organisational development, helping shape initiatives that enhance service quality and client outcomes. Liaising with external partners, funders, and stakeholders on reporting, evaluation, and continuous quality improvement efforts. About You You''re a strategic thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a deep commitment to equity and inclusion. With experience in quality assurance, performance monitoring, or program evaluationideally within the social impact, disability, or employment sectorsyou''re confident working with data, compliance standards, and stakeholder relationships, and you bring a collaborative mindset to everything you do. Essential Criteria Proven experience in quality assurance, performance management, or program evaluation. Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent analytical, reporting, and project management skills. Ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences. Commitment to inclusive employment and social equity. Experience working in the disability, community, or notforprofit sector (highly regarded). Tertiary qualifications in business, social sciences, or relevant experience.
