As the client-side Owners Team, we lead the project''s successful delivery, working closely with delivery partners and stakeholders to ensure Snowy Hydros vision of a sustainable, reliable energy future becomes reality. The Role As the Senior Document Controller, youll lead the establishment, review, and maintenance of document control systems, ensuring all project documentation is prepared, qualitychecked, and delivered on time. Youll guarantee that all records and information are accurately compiled, validated, and structured to meet contract requirements and international standards, ready for seamless handover to the asset owner or operations team. This role is based in Cooma. If youre not already a local resident, youll be required to relocate. We provide relocation assistance to help make the move seamless. Key Responsibilities Implement Strategy: Help execute the Information Management (IM) and Document Control (DC) strategy for Snowy 2.0, ensuring handover meets all Asset and Project Information Requirements (AIR/PIR). Manage Processes: Establish and manage the endtoend DC and handover process with contractors, ensuring all deliverables are complete, compliant, and correctly filed. Maintain Records: Keep all Project Information Containers (design, quality, handover packages) accurate, complete, and compliant. Review Documentation: Collect, review, and verify all handover documents (e.g., asbuilt drawings, O&M manuals, quality/commissioning records). Control & Audit: Control and distribute project documents, maintain Aconex registers, oversee contractor submissions, and perform regular document audits and quality checks. Support & Collaboration: Provide highquality support to project teams, build strong relationships with contractors/stakeholders, and perform site visits/administrative tasks as directed. Improve & Archive: Review and improve DC procedures, and coordinate archiving in line with requirements. You''ll Bring To The Team Demonstrated experience in establishing, maintaining, and reviewing document control systems, ideally within a technical environment, along with strong working knowledge of Aconex.
