The RAB business comprises diverse sales and service teams, supported by specialists, business partners and support teams across the bank, with over 700 people located at more than 70 sites nationwide. About the Role As an Agribusiness Banker, youll use your understanding of regional businesses and strong relationshipbuilding skills to deliver meaningful financial solutions that help our clients grow and succeed. Youll be supported by experienced analysts, marketleading technology and a broad range of products and solutions to set you up for success. Responsibilities Build and nurture relationships with existing clients while identifying new opportunities to grow the portfolio Partner with clients to deeply understand their needs and connect them with tailored financial solutions Leverage your banking experience or specialist knowledge of agribusiness to originate, structure and negotiate financial solutions Own and drive proactive riskmanagement responsibilities of the portfolio, working collaboratively with the Analyst teams to support highquality credit submissions Qualifications Have taken a career break of two years or more (essential) Bring banking experience managing a client portfolio or strong expertise in customerfacing roles in agribusiness Confident in financial analysis and credit decisioning, with a solid grasp of cashflow drivers Natural relationship builder who enjoys being part of a community and helping others succeed Locations We have multiple roles available throughout Australia, currently recruiting for Career Comeback opportunities across Albury-Wodonga, Ballarat, Bendigo, Griffith, Mount Barker, Mount Gambier, Orange, Rockhampton, Tamworth, Toowoomba, Townsville, Wagga Wagga, and Warragul.
