The Role The Business Support Officer undertakes administrative roles across the six corporate functions of the school which are essential to deliver high quality education. A wellrounded experience is desirable, and suitable applicants may have the opportunity to develop skills across the breadth of the criteria through a personalised development and growth strategy and varied role distribution. With keen attention to detail and a willingness to be flexible you will ideally work alongside the Manager Corporate Services to administer the school''s financial, human, and physical resources. Your ability to effectively prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure with high level accuracy and attention to detail will ensure accurate and timely processing of a range of financial functions including preparation, monitoring of budgets, developing and maintaining relevant business information management systems. In this role you will support the Manager Corporate Services in undertaking financial planning, monitoring, research, reporting and analysis to meet established objectives and outcomes relative to business needs and plans. Experience in using spreadsheets and other business and school management software will be highly regarded.
