Job Description

Playing a pivotal role in leading a small but dynamic multi-disciplinary team, this position is primarily responsible for overseeing the organisation''s critical back-of-house functions, calling for a strong focus on continuous improvement and working towards MASP''s strategic goals. Job Description The Manager Corporate Services maintains strong relationships with partners and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and promoting a positive organisational image. The role oversees Reception and Administration, Asset Management, Tenancy, Emergency Relief, IT and Communications, with a focus on maintaining MASP''s established brand and strong reputation in the local community services sector. Analytical skills are crucial for the provision of detailed reporting and analysis to the Executive Team, offering insights into key areas of responsibility, ultimately contributing to informed decision-making. This multifaceted position is part of MASPs Senior Leadership Group, and requires excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to aligning with and achieving organisational objectives. Expected commencing salary of $133,083.92 per annum plus statutory superannuation. Because MASP is a non-profit organisation, you also have the option to maximise your income through salary packaging. Essential role-specific skills, knowledge and experience A tertiary qualification in Business Management or a similar discipline, and/or experience in leadership roles in a relevant setting. Demonstrable high-level leadership skills and experience including the ability to build and effectively manage relationships at all levels both within and outside the organisation. Excellent interpersonal abilities including active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Considerable experience in developing and delivering outstanding corporate services including alignment with the overarching strategic direction of the organisation. Experience leading quality improvement and process enhancement in multi-functional organisations. Demonstrated experience providing training, mentoring, and support to operational staff in relation to policies, procedures and process improvement. High-level data analysis and report writing skills.
