Step into a pivotal role as the Product Owner - Ranging within our forwardthinking Planning & Inventory team. Youll drive the evolution of planning and inventory processes, championing smarter and more agile operations that align with our commercial goals. By connecting daytoday needs with longterm strategy, youll play a key role in unlocking opportunities, streamlining solutions, and delivering value across the business. What Youll Be Doing Work closely with our technology team to align development efforts with our future business vision. Drive the development of a unified system for two distinct brands. Ensure alignment between business goals and technology solutions, serving as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technology team. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, creating alignment and driving decisionmaking across diverse groups. Utilize analytical skills to capture and leverage data and insights, driving informed decisionmaking. Stay abreast of ecommerce trends and technologies, bringing valuable knowledge and insights to enhance our technological landscape. Qualifications Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner or Manager, wellversed in product life cycle, MVP, and iterative development. Experience working in an Agile environment; Agile certification considered a plus. Exceptional planning, communication, presentation, negotiating, and influencing skills. Highly analytical with the ability to capture and utilize data and insights for decisionmaking. Strong critical reasoning skills and the ability to challenge the status quo. Outstanding stakeholder management skills, creating alignment and driving decisionmaking. Good business judgement, willing to make difficult decisions and constructively challenge existing practices. Ability to create a constructive feedback environment that adds value. Knowledge and interest in ecommerce trends and technologies.
