Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Coordinate daily rostering, payroll, and compliance processes. Deliver outstanding customer service at every touchpoint. Maintain accurate and compliant recruitment documentation. What Were Looking For Recruitment or client-facing sales experience (highly regarded). Strong communication and customer service skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and a true team player. A solid understanding of recruitment and employment legislation (preferred).
