Overview BDM Opportunity With Direct Entry into Chief Revenue School Eastern Seaboard | Remote-First This isnt just a sales seat. Its a full-spectrum revenue role for someone who knows how to move in executive rooms, align solution timing with real commercial need, and drive clean net-new growth across Australias mid-market. Youll be working with a nationally active, founder-led tech services company already embedded in major modernisation projects across: Aged Care & Allied Health This role sits at the intersection of growth, strategy, and delivery readiness. And heres what sets it apart: You and your executive team will be enrolled in Chief Revenue School. This means full access to the Closed Circuit Selling (CCS) system. Learn to loop real market signals across marketing, sales, customer success, product, and finance. You wont just sell a serviceyoull operate within a Commercial Revenue OSand be the first MSP to do so! The Role Location: Eastern Seaboard (remote-first with monthly Wollongong HQ) Reporting: Direct to CEO (flat structure, no account management split) Who This Is For Youve sold into the mid-market MSP, SaaS, finance, tech services or procurement. You know how to move deals through long cycles, hold strategic posture in senior conversations, and forecast with commercial confidence. Must-Have Demonstrated net-new business success Familiar with RFPs, tender cycles, and tech procurement Strategic alignment with C-suite (CEO, CFO, CIO) Nice-to-Have Health, aged care or allied health experience Familiarity with HubSpot, Bitscale, Humantic, or Sales Navigator Located within 2 hrs of Wollongong (helpful, not essential) Client Profile & Territory Tech Readiness: In-house IT or MSP-supported Core Verticals: Operating Rhythm Travel all booked and expensed in advance Simple structure no red tape, no bloated org chart Tools Provided BYOD or full stack (laptop, headset, CRM, Bitscale, Humantic, SalesNav) Chief Revenue School enrolment.
