Overview Sunripe is a local family-run business that has become the largest producer of field grown snacking tomatoes in Australia. We have transformed a small snacking tomato farm into a quality focused grower with multiple farms and a state-of-the-art packing facility near Bundaberg servicing chain stores and local and interstate markets with premium quality fruit and produce! We are a large team of passionate people, and we are looking for a value driven individual to join our team. About the Role As our next forklift operator, you will be responsible for the safe transportation of Pallets and produce bins around our packing facility. You will work with our new and near-new fleet of 7 Toyota Forklifts in our state of the art packing facility. You will work with our team to ensure our business goals are met. To be a successful applicant, it is imperative to demonstrate experience operating Forklifts in a similar environment and/or warehouse. This is an incredible and dynamic opportunity to be a part of the Sunripe family. Your responsibilities Loading and unloading pallets and other items from transport trailers and trucks. Transfer raw and packed products as directed by supervisor. Prepare products for dispatch. Conduct daily safety inspections on Forklifts. Adherence to workplace health and safety guidelines. Report any incident and hazards identified. Be able to assist with other tasks in the packing facility. To be considered for this role you will have Driver Licence. Demonstrated forklift experience. Strong safety culture. High attention to detail. Ability to work unsupervised. Availability to work Saturdays. Generous Salary for the right candidate.
