Our mission is simple: to deliver unique, experience-led venues that enhance the Gold Coast hospitality scene for locals and visitors alike.About the RoleWe are on the lookout for a Chef de Partie to join our team at Kost Bar and Grill. Reporting to the Head Chef you will be responsible for the quality assured execution of timely food offerings in the appointed kitchen section, in accordance with the parameters set by the Head Chef.In this role you will:Responsible for day to day operations of appointed kitchen section;Assisting in the execution of effective stock management including but not limited to; ordering, receipting, storing (including best practice cellar management) and stock rotation;Supporting effective people practices including, but not limited to; the training and development of junior chefs on the relevant section;Assisting in the effective development (WH&S, technology use, product knowledge, job related task performance) of team members to meet and exceed The Boathouse Groups objectives through individual and team performance;About YouYou are an experienced, passionate chef who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments. With strong technical skills and a genuine love for food, youll bring creativity, leadership, and a calm head under pressure.
