Purpose of the Position: As our Customer Service Administrator, youll be the first point of contact for customers and a key player in supporting our storage and rug wash services. From taking bookings to managing daytoday operations onsite, youll help deliver a seamless customer experience and keep things organized and efficient. Key Responsibilities: Provide friendly, professional support for our rug wash and storage services greet customers, offer pricing, and assist with quotes and service info. Handle customer bookings, phone calls, and email enquiries in a prompt and helpful manner. Coordinate access to storage units and ensure accurate tracking of unit use and availability. Maintain tidy and wellorganised storage areas with a focus on safety and efficiency. Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, recordkeeping, and office support. Assist in ensuring the smooth daytoday running of storage and rug wash operations. Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Competence using Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel). Attention to detail and accuracy in data and recordkeeping. A proactive, teamfocused attitude and willingness to jump in where needed. Previous experience in admin, storage, or customer service is a plus but if youre a fast learner with the right mindset, well support you every step of the way. Why Join Us?
