OverviewWere looking for a junior Butchery Team Member to join us on a casual basis.As a Butchery Team Member, youll support our butchers in preparing, wrapping, and presenting a wide range of fresh meat and poultry products. Youll maintain clean, well-stocked and attractive displays, ensure products are handled safely, and assist customers with their requests at the counter. This role has a big focus on cleaning and providing exceptional customer service.If you take pride in quality, efficiency, and delivering excellent service, wed love to hear from you!You will need:ResponsibilitiesTo enjoy working as part of a fast-paced team.A friendly attitude and good communication skills, to provide the attentive customer service Hill Street is known for.To be comfortable handling meat and seafood (both cooked and uncooked).A love of working with people (both colleagues and customers).Energy, initiative and willingness to take direction.The ability to follow company procedures and regulations, particularly regarding food handling and workplace health and safety.Ongoing daytime availability on at least 3-4 days per week and every second weekend.
