Overview Location: Avalon, VIC, Australia Position: Peak Casual Team Member Day Shift Cotton On DC, September 2025-February 2026 About the Role We are looking for driven and motivated individuals to join our Distribution Centre as Holiday Casual DC Team Members during our busiest time of the year! We have a wide range of warehouse roles available over the next couple of months within our DC Team. Within all roles, you will support your team and other functions to deliver smooth operations by using correct systems, equipment and Safe Operating Procedures, as well as performing other operational tasks as required. Our team members may work across a variety of departments depending upon the needs of the day. This is a great way for our team to build their skills across different parts of the warehouse ensuring youre always being developed at Cotton On. Skills & Experience Demonstrate reliability, efficiency and attention to detail Previous picking experience in a warehouse environment would be beneficial Capability to safely perform repetitive tasks including repetitive lifting of weights up to 14kg Capability to safely walk approximately 8km per shift Availability We require full-time availability which may include weekends, as well as the flexibility to work outside standard operating hours when necessary Our Day Shift Team are rostered on 06:00AM - 6:00PM with the potential of staggered start times.
