Oversee the operations and commercial practices of the store, both front and back of house, while maintaining harmony and efficiency on the shop floor. Lead and drive a customerfocused store experience on a daytoday basis. Help develop consumer loyalty and awareness to build The Body Shop brand.Delivery - Retail related beauty expertise is highly desirable. Learn and use internal systems, analyse performance to manage the commercial side of the store. Monitor and manage change in the retail environment. Help control and meet sales/performance targets. Possess strong relationship skills to coordinate between customers, the team and the manager.
