Overview Mandurah CBD location easy access to the business head office 4 to 6 week temporary role with full-time hours Opportunity to work in a dynamic civil construction company supporting projects across WA About the Client Our client is a well-established civil construction company, delivering concreting projects and mobile plant hire services to clients predominantly in the Pilbara region. They pride themselves on a supportive team culture and delivering high-quality outcomes across their operations. About the Role WorkPac are seeking a temporary Accounts Payable Officer to join our clients head office in Mandurah. This role will provide vital support to the accounts and payroll functions until a permanent placement is secured. The successful candidate will be experienced in MYOB AccountRight and confident managing payroll and accounts tasks for a workforce of 1015 staff paid weekly. Responsibilities End-to-end payroll processing using MYOB AccountRight Managing client billings and supplier payments Contractor payments and weekly site crew payroll Bank reconciliations and financial record management (electronic and hard copy) General bookkeeping duties and administrative support Ensuring compliance with company SOPs and policies Qualifications Proven experience in bookkeeping and payroll roles High proficiency in MYOB AccountRight Current and valid Drivers Licence Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently Excellent communication and organisational skills Previous experience within construction or similar industries advantageous How to Apply Click on the Apply button to submit your application or for more information please contact: WorkPac Principal Consultant: Georgia Guy on (08) 6462 1147 or [email protected] quoting the below reference number.
