They are looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Consultant to join their team in their Warnervale display centres.ResponsibilitiesIdentifying customer''s needs and determining products to suit their requirements to build their dream homeUnderstand the fundamentals of building & design, understanding different blocks and building requirements to determine feasibility for a KDR / duplex project. H&L experience is also attractive!Generating and following up leads to convert to salesDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with customersDeveloping external referral relationships with developers and real estate agentsConsistent market research providing an understanding of housing industryAbout YouA strong track record in new home sales, experience is a MUSTThorough understanding of current residential market trendsSound knowledge of KDR & duplexDemonstrated success in converting leads into salesKnowledge of the building industry and understanding of architectural plansAbility to build great relationshipsGood knowledge of IT systems and processesAbility to work weekendsRemuneration & BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive a base salary around the $60-70k+super, and competitive commission structure (percentage comms!!)
