Overview The Opportunity: This is a permanent full-time position where you will be responsible for leading a passionate and dedicated team of staff to deliver HammondCare''s model of care with its Social Club service across Redcliffe, Carindale and Burpengary. HammondCares Social Clubs provide a social environment where older people can take a break from their home environment, connect with their community and spend a day socialising while being supported by our talented team. Responsibilities Aid in recruiting and leading staff, managing budgets, ensuring quality and overseeing all aspects of care provision at the Social Club Provide strong and effective leadership, direction and oversight of operation of the Social Club Operate social club in line with CHSP Operational Manual Operate club in line with Aged Care Act and Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards Achieve targeted outputs for social club Provide staff and volunteers with support and advice on daily operational care issues What do you need to apply?
