You will be working within a small maintenance team and your primary focus will be working hands-on on preventative maintenance schedules, breakdowns & shutdowns.This opportunity is residential to Kalgoorlie, so therefore all interested parties must have their own accommodation as FIFO is not on offer.On offer is a stable, full-time, permanent role with healthy salary and benefits, along with a genuine career opportunity with a truly global and market leading company.ResponsibilitiesSupport the operation of the manufacturing facilities within the reserve;Work within the maintenance team and alongside the reliability engineer to develop maintenance solutions that cost effectively support long term plant operation;Ensuring work practices and environment comply with SH&E standards; andWorking with the Production Teams in developing Continuous Improvement Initiatives, from concept through to implementation.What you will bringMinimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment;Mechanical Trade Certificate (essential);Ability to obtain security checks and Police ClearanceExcellent written and communication skills;Strong safety focus.What we offerAs part of a truly global company, you will have the ability to grow and learn in a diverse, collaborative culture.
