In this role, youll provide high-quality, professional support, while assisting the wider team as needed. Youll play a key role in helping our leaders stay organised, focused, and connected ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes in line with Kmart Groups values.Youll bring demonstrated experience as a trusted Executive or C-Suite Assistant within a large or complex organisation. Youll have exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the professionalism to confidently engage with senior stakeholders across the business.Youre someone who remains calm under pressure, exercises sound judgment, and maintains absolute discretion at all times. Most importantly, you can anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and deliver with care and consistency.What Youll Be DoingAs an Executive Assistant working for Kmart Group you will:Manage both the CIOs and CISO''s diary, including scheduling appointments, meetings and functions.Coordinate the CIOs and CISO''s requirements for upcoming meetings.Ensure the CIOs and CISO''s is suitably prepared (provision of team briefs and associated meeting paperwork).Assist with the preparation of agendas, presentations, reports and papers, recording of minutes and follow-up actions.Promptly manage correspondence including emails, phone calls and mail, coordinating and responding on behalf of both the CIO and CISO as required.Arrange travel itineraries interstate as well as internationally to our Global Capability Centre in Bangalore. Organise accommodation, and logistics for CIOs and CISO, and other executives as required.Manage and reconcile corporate credit cards, petty cash reimbursements and approvals in a timely manner.Prioritise internal and external requests to the CIOs and CISO, providing a centralised contact point to manage requests for approvals/feedback/meetings.Manage budgets and spreadsheets, tracking functional spend in a cost-effective and timely manner ensuring in line with budget.Ensure a high standard of service is maintained and enhanced across all levels of communications.Represent both the CIOs and CISO internally and externally by displaying a friendly, responsive, courteous and effective interaction.To be successful in this role youll haveThe ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of attention to detail with excellent communication and organizational skills, with great time management skills.
