You''ll work closely with clinicians to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care, maintaining strict standards of infection control and safety. Your responsibilities will also include supporting General Anaesthetic sessions and engaging in rural outreach clinics, offering valuable experience in diverse clinical environments.You will have access to regular training and professional development programs, allowing you to continually enhance your skills and stay up to date with the latest practices. A comprehensive orientation and ongoing support will be provided by the Oral Health management team to ensure your success in the role. About YouWere looking for someone who holds a Certificate III in Dental Assisting or is an experienced unqualified Dental Assistant with strong clinical competence. You will have the ability to deliver high-quality dental assistance in line with infection control and patient safety standards. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are essential, along with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team. Youll also need to demonstrate sound clinical reasoning, confidence in problem-solving, and a professional and compassionate approach to patient care. Familiarity with clinical computer applications is an advantage.
