OverviewJoin to apply for the Personal Banker role at Westpac.This is a part-time, branch-based role with hours across Wednesday to Friday.Whats the role?As a Personal Banker with Westpac, you will proactively engage with customers in-person and over the phone to uncover their financial needs, utilising your expert product knowledge to assist them in achieving their financial goals. You will refer customers to our specialist banking teams such as Home Loans and Business Banking, as well as coach customers on our digital banking offerings. This role blends sales and customer service and holds accountability for sales and referral targets, with an uncompromising commitment to empowering our customers to make the most of their money.What do I need?Banking experience is ideal, but not essential your high-performer energy and ability to gauge and nurture strong customer relationships will be key to driving your successStrong experience in a customer-facing / phone-based sales roleResilience, tenacity, and an ability to flex no two days and no two customers are ever the sameProven experience of achieving performance KPIs with a commitment to delivering excellent customer serviceComfortable working with numbers and adept at navigating multiple systemsNo banking experience?
