What You Will DoYou will:Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders across the Local Health District, NSW Health, and vendors.Develop and deliver high-level solutions and scope statements for ICT-led projects.Coordinate and manage work packages of varying size and complexity using standard project management methodologies to achieve business outcomes.Foster innovation and drive continuous improvement within the team. What You Will Bring To The RoleProven experience in project management within IT and health sectors with an engaging, collaborative approach to stakeholder management.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines, both independently and in a team.Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate technology solutions to clinical and business stakeholders.Familiarity with standard project management tools and templates for effective project control and delivery.Ability to understand diverse user needs, translate them into viable solutions, and work independently or in a team to make decisions.Experience in developing, managing, monitoring project calendars, work schedules, resource plans, communication plans, action trackers, risk/issue, and decision registers.Experience organizing and leading project meetings and documenting actions and decisions.Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership within the roles remit.Experience supporting Project Managers and Project Teams in the delivery of major projects and working with key stakeholders, resource managers, and internal ICT support personnel.
