Join a committed national team with generous salary packaging options.Possability Group is seeking a Business Officer Operations to support our Disability Operational teams with financial and administrative tasks that ensure accurate data, compliance, and exceptional service delivery.ResponsibilitiesConduct financial assessments for new client enquiries (budgeting and quoting services)Initiate and maintain client contractual arrangementsMonitor NDIS plans, claims, and billing to ensure alignment with service deliveryEnsure strict compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirementsSupport reporting and administrative functions across multiple platformsQualificationsA relevant qualification or equivalent experience in administration/business managementStrong ICT literacy, especially in MS Office and Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reporting)Experience navigating complex billing structures and identifying process improvementsExcellent communication skills verbal, written, negotiation, and mediationStrong time management, initiative, and multitasking abilitiesA commitment to delivering services within defined budgetary constraintsEssential checksNational Police CheckWorking with Children Check in your home stateNDIS Worker screening checkWhats essential?
