Qualities we are looking for: A degree in commerce, finance, accounting, or equivalent qualifications. Motivated towards continuous learning and a willingness to pursue CA / CPA certifications or relevant postgraduate studies. Adaptable and resilient, with robust communication skills and abilities. Effective time management and meticulous attention to detail. Analytical thinking and a proactive approach to process improvement. A strong drive, coupled with deep engagement and a collaborative team-oriented mindset. A sound grasp of accounting and financial systems, general ledger software, adeptness in interpreting financial statements, and a solid understanding of accounting standards.
