Overview Lake Moogerah Caravan Park in Moogerah 4309 is seeking relief managers to join our team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving business development, and engaging with guests and the local community. The successful team will work 4 days a fortnight and may have potential work at Somerset and Wivenhoe caravan parks. Location and Site Lake Moogerah Caravan Park is a campground offering facilities for family camping or adventure activities, including 3 boat ramps, a camp kitchen with electric BBQs, grassy sites and shaded areas, camp fire pits, a childrens playground, hire boats & kayaks, kiosk, toilets, change rooms with hot showers and communal laundry. Campers can choose from powered/unpowered camping or van sites. Day trips are available. The Role We are currently recruiting an experienced relief management team who are highly customer focused, commercially minded to drive business development and equally passionate about guest and local community engagement, delivering exceptional visitor experiences. Relief Managers must have a creative flare for community engagement and be hands-on in cleaning, housekeeping and grounds maintenance. You must be passionate about protecting the environment and culture while providing a world-class guest experience in line with the Park Managers. The successful team will work 4 days a fortnight. Potential work at Somerset and Wivenhoe caravan parks as well. You are welcome to stay onsite during those 4 days in your own van or motorhome. Responsibilities Include Being accountable for all business operation and guest experience Be hands-on and possess a positive can-do attitude Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment Lead and supervise small teams Be accountable for the financial outcomes of the business Achievement of agreed KPI''s A strong Australian-based support office and local management teams support our park managers on all areas of WHS, holiday park legislation, IT and HR so Park Managers can focus on delighting guests. Selection Criteria An energetic and enthusiastic, hands-on approach Proven experience in a similar role Outstanding customer service Familiarity with RMS 9+ computerised booking system and good computer skills Willingness to learn and apply our systems and processes Well-developed communication, organisation, administration and management skills Demonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders in a professional manner Availability to work across a seven-day roster which may include public holidays, weekends, early mornings and evenings The Company BelgraviaPRO is a management services company specialising in the operation of tourism properties, from campgrounds to large-scale tourist parks.
