Youll play a vital role in shaping service excellence, supporting your team to thrive in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.Coordinate clinical services, staffing, and resources to maintain safe and effective patient flow.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and accountability.Lead change and innovation to enhance emergency care delivery and patient outcomes.
