FREE gym membership to all Fitness Cartel locations RENT-FREE benefit to run and grow your own PT business Incoming leads, marketing support, and your profile on our website Access to Merse Wellness Spas at discounted rates Career growth with leadership development days, training, and pathways Work in state-of-the-art fitness clubs featuring premium facilities What Youll Do Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing PT team Drive PT business growth, revenue, and club results Deliver Cert III & IV in Fitness through AIPT to build a future trainer pipeline Lead HIIT classes, oversee timetables, and inspire member engagement Maintain compliance, safety, and service standards across the PT team Lead the in-club 8-Week Challenge to boost member results and culture Attend management meetings, complete reporting, and align staffing to budgets Who You Are Experienced in leadership (2+ years in a supervisory/management role) Cert III & IV in Fitness + Current First Aid/CPR (or willing to obtain) A strong mentor who thrives under pressure and drives team success Business-minded with proven success in PT or running a small business Authentic, approachable, and customer-focused A motivating role model who lives and breathes fitness culture Organised, target-driven, and committed to continuous improvement Must have full Australian working rights Why Fitness Cartel?
