Join the Mental Health Services Team at Latrobe Regional Health, where we value our employees by providing a safe and supportive workplace culture that enables you to thrive.Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) is seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) to lead the Community Residential Care Unit (CRCU) within our Mental Health Services division on a permanent full-time basis.In this key leadership position, you will coordinate and oversee the delivery of high-quality, recovery-oriented care to consumers, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred clinical practice.Working Together | We will respond to challenges together to create a safe, quality health serviceThe role of the NUM is to:Provide senior nursing leadership and mentorship to a multidisciplinary teamManage day-to-day operations, budgets, and human resources within the CRCUDrive quality improvement, accreditation, and service development initiativesEnsure compliance with mental health legislation, standards, and OHS requirementsFoster a supportive culture of continuous improvement, collaboration and respectThis role is instrumental in shaping clinical standards and promoting consumer participation, supporting LRHs commitment to excellence in mental health care.About youYou are an experienced mental health nurse and leader who brings a balance of clinical expertise, team leadership, and strategic insight.
