The agency works closely with local farmers, community groups, and stakeholders to deliver programs that protect the environment, improve productivity, and build resilient, sustainable regional communities.About The RoleThis important strategic planning role will sit within the General Managers Unit and work across all parts of the business. As a connector and facilitator, you will support the coordination and planning of service delivery across the Murray region to ensure our objectives are delivered on ground.In This Role You WillLead the development of whole-of-business strategic and operational plans that align with LLS objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.Interpret multiple planning frameworks across disciplines and translate them into clear, actionable strategies.Prepare the organisation for audits and provide expert advice on planning, reporting and compliance requirements.Design and implement monitoring and evaluation processes, including metrics and reporting frameworks.Support biosecurity, NRM, extension and advisory services through integrated planning and service delivery.About YouWere seeking a strategic thinker who can translate big-picture goals into practical outcomes.
