OverviewLocation: Albury (negotiable within Murray region). Ongoing full-time role. Advisory & Technical 38hrs Grade 6 starting at $113,574.00 + Super & Leave.Plan, measure, and deliver outcomes that matter.About UsMurray Local Land Services (LLS) plays a vital role supporting landholders and communities in their region through agriculture, natural resource management, biosecurity, land and water management, biodiversity protection, and emergency services. The agency works closely with local farmers, community groups, and stakeholders to deliver programs that protect the environment, improve productivity, and build resilient, sustainable regional communities.About The RoleThis important strategic planning role will sit within the General Managers Unit and work across all parts of the business. As a connector and facilitator, you will support the coordination and planning of service delivery across the Murray region to ensure our objectives are delivered on ground.In This Role You WillLead the development of whole-of-business strategic and operational plans that align with LLS objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.Interpret multiple planning frameworks across disciplines and translate them into clear, actionable strategies.Prepare the organisation for audits and provide expert advice on planning, reporting and compliance requirements.Design and implement monitoring and evaluation processes, including metrics and reporting frameworks.Support biosecurity, NRM, extension and advisory services through integrated planning and service delivery.About YouWere seeking a strategic thinker who can translate big-picture goals into practical outcomes. You will have:Demonstrated experience in designing and writing strategic and operational plans that guide on-ground delivery.Strong skills in policy and planning interpretation, reporting and business management systems.Proficiency in records management systems and preparation for audits.Practical or demonstrated experience in natural resource management, extension and advisory services, biosecurity, and/or business management.Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across disciplines and engage diverse stakeholders.A degree in agriculture, environmental science, NRM, biosecurity, business management or equivalent knowledge and experience.A current NSW Driver Licence and willingness to travel across the Murray region.Why work with us?Play a key role in shaping strategic planning and service delivery across a diverse region.Be part of a supportive, collaborative team with strong connections to community.Make a real impact for landholders, landscapes and communities in regional NSW.ApplyingApplying is easy!
