We are united in purpose, and our strength lies in working together to deliver expert guidance tailored to meet the ever-changing needs of our clients and the advice industry.About the RoleThis full-time role will provide comprehensive financial planning services to existing and new clients. The successful candidate will provide ongoing advice, guidance and maintain face to face and phone contact with existing clients. The Senior Financial Advisor will be responsible for managing the ongoing relationship with the clients, while also being able to identify and source potential new clients.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and conduct interviews and reviews for prospects and existing clients.Provide financial planning advice that matches individual client needs.Keep up to date with financial planning products and services and with financial market trends.Build, train and maintain relationships with external referral sources.Creation of new clients and retention of existing clients.Comply with all instructions, procedures and processes of the business as required under the Australian Financial Services License.Working at ViridianIn 2022, the firm achieved B Corp status with a B Impact score of 99.4 and in 2025 was recertified, increasing that score to 151.
