OverviewOur client, an international technology organisation and market leader, is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Project Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis.ResponsibilitiesResource Management - onboarding/offboarding, timecard maintenanceProgram Coordination - customer projects, status reports, assist on key projects on management and execution, managing risks trackingSkillsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functionsAptitude for tracking and reporting on project financials, including margin and cost analysisCapability to work independently while adhering to management directivesBasic understanding of both waterfall and agile project management methodologiesFamiliarity with Professional Services Administration toolsRequirementsBachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferredEntry-level experience in project coordination or managementPrior experience with Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) softwareUnderstanding of financial modelling and forecasting techniquesExperience in an operational or technical services roleAvailability to work part-time hours with a preference for flexible schedulingAbility to work on-site and coordinate with remote teams as necessaryWillingness to assist in the management of multiple customer projects simultaneouslyPlease APPLY NOW!
